Jason Lefevere
With 15 years of experience in residential and multifamily real estate, Jason has served clients in both private and corporate roles. He spent 9 years in asset management working for the third largest apartment-owner in the United States, a Fortune 100 company, and has over 6 years of residential real estate experience on both the East and West coasts. His experience in sales, along with managing projects and people, provides him with a unique perspective on real estate markets and facilitates a thorough approach to transactions.
Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Jason pursued his lifelong dream of settling in Southern California, and has been a Hermosa Beach resident for 10 years. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Jason hails from a family of real estate professionals, whom he credits with generating his interest in the business at an early age.
John Triplett
Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, John Triplett has spent 13 years executing commercial real estate transactions on a regional and national basis in lease negotiations and property sales, serving office and retail clients such as HSBC Bank USA, IBTX Risk Services, and the California Teachers Association. In the last few years, he has been expanding his scope of service into hotel and retail center sales along with multifamily investments. John has earned the trust of those who appreciate true client advocacy. Drawing from many years of experience, John brings to the table keen insight into the dynamics of negotiating, the technical expertise involved, and accountability throughout the process.
A Southern California native, and a Hermosa Beach resident, John understands the dynamics of this region and the many investment opportunities it presents. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Planning & Development, and a life member of the national Eagle Scout Association, John Triplett’s ties to the community are strong and values how fortunate we all are to live in such an incredible place.
